Information We Collect

We have listed below the types of information we may collect. We’ve also indicated if that information is shared to serve you with targeted ads or to perform analytics. To read more about targeted ads read the “how we use information” section. Choices you have are also described in this policy in the “you have certain choices” section.

 

Contact information. We may collect your name, email address, and phone number. We may also collect the name of your company and your company role. In some cases, we may use this information to serve you targeted ads and perform analytics.

 

Demographic information. We may collect information such as your gender and date of birth.

 

Location information. We may collect information about your location. This includes city, state, and zip code.  In some cases, we may use this information to serve you targeted ads and perform analytics.

 

Health information. We may collect information about your eligibility for our Services. For example, information about your symptoms. We may also collect information about your medical history. This may include information about your current medications and known allergies. It includes other information you submit to us.

 

Payment information. We may collect payment card billing information. For example, the type of credit card you use to pay for our services and your billing address.

We also collect device identifiers. This might include your hardware model. We collect what site you came from or what site you visit when you leave us. How We Use Information

We use information to communicate with you. We use information to respond to your questions or requests. We also use it to send you updates. We also use information to communicate with you about our policies and terms. If you apply for a job, we use information to process your application.

We also collect information from you if sign up for email communications, or otherwise submit it to us.  This could be in person. It may also be over the phone or online or on a hard copy document. We collect information passively. We collect information about users over time and across different websites. We also work with third parties that collect personal information this way. As permitted, we may use several common tracking tools to collect information. Tracking tools include browser cookies and web beacons. We may do this on our websites and in emails that we send to you.

As permitted by law, other providers, labs and pharmacies may provide us with information about you. Entities that perform background checks may provide us with information for job applicants.

When We Share Information with Others

We may share information within our family of companies. We may share information with our affiliates, subsidiaries and other related companies. This includes current and future companies.

 

We share information with health care providers and pharmacies. We may share contact, demographic, and health information with providers to schedule and fulfill appointments or to send you messages. This information may be shared for treatment, payment or health care operations purposes in accordance with HIPAA

 

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf. We may share information with vendors that help us deliver our services and operate our platform. For example, we may share information with vendors who help us host and operate our website.

 

We share information for analytics and advertising purposes.  We share information with vendors who help us serve targeted ads. We also share information with analytics vendors. These are vendors who help us understand what users do on our platforms. To do this, we might share activities or “events” that you take on our site. This helps us decide what ads to run and lets us perform analytics. Which information is shared is described in the “information we collect” section.

 

We share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. We share information we collect about you to respond to a court order or subpoena. We share information in response to a government agency or investigatory body request. We share information we collect when we investigate potential fraud.

 

We share information with any successor to all or part of our business. If all or part of our business is sold, we may share your information as part of that transaction. You Have Certain Choices

You can opt out of certain marketing. To stop receiving our marketing emails please email us at the address noted at the end or follow the instructions in any marketing email message you receive from us. If you opt out of marketing emails you will continue to receive emails from us about your relationship with us where permitted by law. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages. These include responses to your questions or other necessary information about your account.

OUR AD AND COOKIE POLICY

 

You can control cookies and tracking tools. Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools. How you do so depends on the type of tool. Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work.

 

Targeted ads: The Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising provides the ability to manage certain choices online here and provides a tool for managing mobile choices here.   Your mobile device may also provide its own instructions on how to prevent interest-based advertisements. We do not control how the device operator allows you to do this. You should review their support materials and/or the device settings.

 

Our Do Not Track Policy: Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals.

 

Options you select are browser and device specific. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work.

Security Measures

We use reasonable security measures as required by relevant law. The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites or will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords.

We Store Information in the United States

Information we collect is stored in the United States. This site is intended for people who are in the United States. If you live outside of the United States and choose to use this site you understand that it is at your own risk. If you live outside of the US, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the US. Our sites and businesses are subject to US laws, which may not afford the same level of protection as those in your country. By submitting your information, you agree to the processing of it in the US.

Third Party Sites and Links

If you click on a link to a third party site, you will be taken to websites we do not control. This includes our pages on social media sites. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of these websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party practices.

Information Collection from Children

Our sites and apps are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can email us. You can also write to us at the address listed at the end of this policy.
